Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

  • 30 Days: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Unopened and Unused: Perfumes must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. This ensures hygiene and product integrity.

  • Original Condition: Products must include all original packaging, tags, and any free gifts or samples included with the purchase.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation number, or invoice is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or Used Perfumes: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes unless they are defective (e.g., damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item which was properly reported to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery).

  • Personalized or Custom Orders: Engraved bottles or custom fragrance blends are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at support@notyourmemory.com.

  • Provide your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@notyourmemory.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Package the Item: Securely package the unopened perfume in its original packaging, including the RMA number and proof of purchase.

  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding non-refunded shipping or gift wrap fees.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refunded unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Gift wrap fees are non-refunded unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for unopened perfumes within 10 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different fragrance or size (subject to availability).

  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Store Credit

  • If you don’t have a receipt or prefer store credit, we can issue a credit for the current selling price of the item, valid for use on our website or in-store for 6 months.

Additional Notes

  • Frequent Returns: We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if we detect patterns of abuse (e.g., excessive returns or suspected resale).
