Shipping Terms & Conditions

These Shipping Terms and Conditions outline how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our official website [www.notyourmemory.com]. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • During peak seasons, new product launches, or preorder periods, processing time may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Destination: Domestic (U.S.)

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on weather, or carrier delays. NYM is not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. At this point we do not accept and ship international orders.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected service.

  • Free U.S. shipping may be offered for promotional periods or minimum order values (as indicated on our website).

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly first, then notify us at support@notyourmemory.com.

Preorders & Backorders

  • Preorder items will ship on or around the estimated release date stated on the product page.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, they may ship separately unless you request otherwise.

  • Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete.

  • NYM is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare event your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

    • Provide photos and order details.

    • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the claim and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Restricted Shipping Locations

Due to shipping regulations on perfume and alcohol-based products, we currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses

  • International addresses (i.e. outside of the U.S.)

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once your order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations are only possible before shipment.

  • Contact support@notyourmemory.com immediately if you need to make a change.
